'Addumc' Music License Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and conditions regarding the download and use of free music files (hereinafter referred to as “Music”) provided by addumc (hereinafter referred to as “Creator”), and to prevent legal disputes that may arise in the relationship with all users who use the Music.

Article 2 (Copyright Notice and Rights)

This sound recording was created by addumc, and the creator automatically holds the copyright under the Korean Copyright Act.

The creator has not registered the copyright of the sound recording, but has the right to receive legal protection as the original creator.

If you download or use this sound recording, you must comply with copyright laws and take care not to infringe on copyright.

Article 3 (License and Restrictions)

Non-Commercial Use: You are free to use the Sound Recordings for your personal use and non-commercial projects.

Commercial Use: The Sound Recordings may not be used for commercial purposes, and any commercial use must have the prior written consent of the Creator.

Exceptions to commercial use include the use of sound recordings on platforms such as personal YouTube channels, TikTok, etc. 

However, additional commercial uses, such as providing paid services, reselling the sound recordings, or using the sound recordings as background music on commercial websites not included in the exception, require separate permission from the creator.

Article 4 (Prohibition of Redistribution and Modification)

You may not arbitrarily modify the sound recordings or redistribute them to third parties (except that you may use creative efforts to maintain the music content (in digital or physical form) distributed by ADDUMC in a form that is not substantially identical).

Sharing of this sound recording is only permitted via a link (URL) to a blog page published by addumc.

Direct sharing of download links to the Sound Recordings or the Sound Recordings themselves is strictly prohibited.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The creator provides the sound recordings “as is” and assumes no responsibility for any problems (legal disputes, damages, etc.) that may arise from the use of the sound recordings.

The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from the use of the sound recordings, and the creator shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Article 6 (Prevention of Copyright Infringement and Obligation to Cooperate)

In the event of copyright infringement of a sound source, the user shall provide all necessary cooperation to protect the rights of the creator.

In the event of a copyright claim by another party, the User shall immediately notify the Creator and actively cooperate to resolve the dispute.

Article 7 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Music Copyright Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

The Creator may modify these Terms at any time, and the modified Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting.
